Updated my first post. Don't need injectors because the stock P5 ones are the same. Need a wastegate actuator because it didn't come with my tuuuurbo.

I spent a little bit of downtime this morning at work firming up my plans. I'm going to go update the first post in this thread again.

Wait, so Kansei, you had misfires due to the vent? The terminals on the coils should all be weather-sealed.

No misfiring on cylinders 2 and 4 :) the coils were A-OK, it was just the cylinders that were fed with Sparkco wires that were misfiring badly. Now I have Belden cables, they look like the OEM cables and have held up fine so far.

You had Sparko's? I used to have a set of those, and had the same issue. I put my OEM wires back, and the issues went away.

good luck with the build mang, been watching your thread...im in the same boat as you are...well so far i have the 3 major parts(stock msp turbo, exhaust mani, and s pipe) goin wit the front mount my self too. started around May but then personal problems put it on hold but yeah, anyways good luck again mang...

I had them for two years before I had an issue.. when I pulled my plugs they were dripping wet.. the boot wasn't sealing. Plus the fact that I got shocked when I was fiddling with one of the wires. I think the insulation was cracked but somehow it didn't look cracked.

hey chris, i've got a freebee for you...it's the oil return bung for the pan...i'll get it to you sometime!

I don't have the cash to drop 2k on someone's used kit, I've got bills/rent to pay :P . I'm just buying pieces as I find them and have the cash.

Why do you have an extra? If I knew someone who welded I could just have it welded onto my pan (pan removed from car and cleaned of course) to use for the oil return?

Oil lines is something I haven't put much thought into yet. I don't know where my oil supply line will come from (IIRC the MSP has some sleeve attached where the oil filter mounts), or what types of lines or fittings I need. I just know that I need oil to get to the turbo, and then to an oil cooler, and then back to the engine.

And if you had 2k to drop on a used kit, You'd definitely buy mine over a stock MSP kit right :)

Absolutely because the stock MSP kit is really crappy from what I've read (though still decent for 160-180whp so I'm ok with putting the crap on my car lol). Your kit is everything but the turbo, right? So far I just have turbo and MSP ECU so in theory it still isn't out of the question. I just know I won't come up with that kind of money for a long time.

you're not going to believe this....but MAM actually sent me many extra parts...dude, he even sent me two GT28rs's!!

(rofl) I find that very hard to believe, but I'll partake! So all along, all these parts that supposedly got shipped but no one received went to you??

wait.. you run a GT28RS on your automatic?? (boom07)

may have sourced a wastegate actuator. I was asking around on roclife.org to see if anyone knew if T25s from other cars all had the same mounting points and stuff for the wastegate actuator. Someone popped in the thread who had one on their DSM's T25 and they offered to give it to me for free. plus, they live like a half mile from here so I can pick it up tonight. then another person came into the thread and said they could fab something up to make it work with my T25 if it doesn't right away.
