Wired noise, brake???

I just started to notice that whenever i hit my brake pedal @ 40 mph & under, i would hear a chunking noise coming from the front calipers. My car has 27,xxx miles on it. BTW i just had my TSB clutch replacement a few weeks ago. I don't thinks it's related to the clutch but any help would appreciate... Thanks
