well, detroit is the only crossing that you have to go south to get to canada
(i used to live in MN, which is north of most of the canadian population)

and dont get me started about Georgia! (i lived there too at one time)

Where in MN....I lived in Rochester for about 3yrs.

how-to on installing tribute/escape wiper stalk?

Seach my young padawan

This is what I used....10 minutes on my lunch break in the parking lot at work.

uninstall the old one, install the new one.

(rlaugh)

haha
eh
(i dont even talk like that)

it was cold, long winters

and the summers were hot and muggy and short

bemidji kinda sucked

duluth is a great city, but it is also going downhill

at least up around duluth there are some fun roads to drive on

in southern mn, there are very few turns (unless you are by the rivers)

finished installing the sts shifter thanks to boostdprotegelx' input. what a pain in the ass. it was an overall easy install...just hard cuz i have a bad jack and couldnt get the car up very high. so i had my chest literally on the car underneath it. those damn washers that have to go on were the hardest part of the re instasll...so tiny and kept falling out. but finally it is done and over with.

^^^ TWM is definitely ftw! I've had mine now for over three years and it's still going strong with no problems. I'm actually looking into getting on of their new engraved shift knobs now. That and a new boot because my old one is yellowed and cracked :(

yes it is a way better feel than the stock shifter. dont know how i went so long without a sts. i got the urethane bushings for it also...wow just wow.

shifter looks great now please clean out the interior ASAP!?!?! and after seeing that "chingy" cd on the floor board, it reminds of that lebron james insuranace company commercial. haha

never seen the commercial. and yes it needs to be cleaned. found those cds behind the console when i removed it. it will be cleaned soon. but as much as i drive this damn thing around it will always look like that. i drive a good 400 miles a week or more if i had to guesstimate it. this is my breakroom half the time im at work. id rather see the dirty inside than have all the rust i do on the outside lol.
