What have you done to your MSP today?

lol That was excellent.

Need gas? Back in the MSM! (nana)

My MSM is catless, and... umm...

Yeah... we won't go there. I don't even think a cat could help those emissions. But it did help us re-light the campfire at Daytona 2 years ago...

Yeah i think im going to go with the cat for the extra money, avoid any of those other problems/issues. Have enough of them already lol

You're going to need to since Mrs. Massachusetts is going to stick her sniffer up your exhaust every 2 years.

Well in my personal experience, in CA where cops WILL go after you if your car smells like a lawn mower (there windows do roll down), and if you have to get the sniff test you won't have to switch back and forth every 2 years. It's makes the difference to be catted. My buddie in his WRX used to get pulled over for it till he went catted, and a smog ticket was $360 bucks back in '06 when I got one in my Mustang.

If you live where there isn't tight emissions then go ahead, but for me I live on WA now which has emissions testing and I'm going back to CA in 2 months where enviro-fascism was created catted is worth it.

Like I said piece of mind.

Oh I agree if I lived in a place that had emissions I'd run a cat. I lived in cali for almost 3 years so I know all about that

I have emissions here and I could care less. My car is loud, but you wont see me trying to tach it out next to a cop either.
If you drive like your not an idiot, theres no reason to get pulled over

I was doing 25 in a 25 in 4th gear when I got my smog violation ticket. The cop already had somebody else pulled over. I went by just as he was getting back on his bike and he pulled me over. He said my exhaust was loud followed by "pop your hood." Pretty sure that's not driving like an idiot. I have also been profiled on the freeway doing flow of traffic, which was like 75 in a 65, I was singled out and pulled over why, cause I'm a young guy driving a sports car. It pays to be subtle. HA this coming from the guy driving a Spicy orange MSP. But when I eventually do get pulled over I wont get a smog ticket :)

That is why I stay legal so when this happens they got nothing to write me up for :D

fixed for truth!! haha man i'm glad i don't have them issues here. i would get a s*** ton of tickets.. thank god new mexico don't give a s*** bout enforcing emissions

yea, I guess my car just kinda flys under the radar, its a wagon so nobody really even thinks anything about the exhaust.
Your car is bright orange, so thats where u get ****** lol

The Police officer will look at the spoiler and the general apperance of the MSP and want to pull it over for nothing because of the way it looks. One of the good things about living in Norway is that there are stricter guidelines against police harrasement here making it harder for the Police to follow a car to pull it over for almost nothing just because of the apperance of the car.

Nope but they will still ride your ass to make you go a little faster, run your tag and still switch lanes with you. They will single you out even if your goign 5 under in the slow lane or at least they do here to my car. The truck on the other hand I can pass a cop speeding and not a sound/light/look or anything.

You lucky bastard!!!! Lol I wish that's the way it was here!!!

When I had my bright Red 94 Cobra I got pulled over frequently, now in the much more low-key and subtle dark green Bullitt I haven't been pulled over but once for no front plate and speeding a little. The gray MSP blends in pretty well too, it's almost stock though.

On a side note I dropped the head off to get machined and picked up the rest of the gaskets and parts I need to get it back together.
