What have you done to your MSP today?

Yeah I mostly meant it in jest. Next question would be, what are you doing for better clamping power (arguably a larger pad would provide better heat resistance as well)? Also, where did you find a 2-piece that would fit on there and which bracket are you using?

You never know around here :)

Going to leave the stock pad/caliper setup as is right now and do some back to back testing. The bracket is designed by me... I'm not gonna let too much outta the bag until I get some testing done.

Received my ForceFed valve cover today, and went to a local performance shop to get some prices on labor and what they can do for me. Check my thread for pics.

just saw the pic, what do those ForceFed valve covers do.. any gains for anything, they look to be what I think are the reg. protege or mp3/p5 valve covers painted.. but I dono

Well they add about +50 bling power...but that's about it. Yes it is a p5 cover powdercoated in wrinkle black with machined letters.

I think we have ourselves a showoff ;)

edit: and based on your vid I really don't see how that is still a daily driver...but totally awesome hahaha.

I didnt posted my mod list to show off in here by any matter, a member asked me some questions and posted the list to let him know what i had engine and tranny wise.

About daily driveability i used to drive it daily back in Miami but not here, I use my Business Van from Monday to Saturday and the MSP will be only for some weekends and track days. Also about the video on spining tires i was going hard on first gear and power shifting the upcoming gears making the wheels spin more instead playing with the clutch. the road i did that video is an old road with worn pavement.

In the 0-150 Video the pavement was in good condition and was better than the previous one, There you can see that even launching at 25 PSI Hard and power shifting all gears car didnt suffered from any traction issues or excesive wheel spin. In the near future i will replace my wheels with a little wider one with also wider and better tires but like i have always say i rather to spin some tires than gripping and breaking some s*** up !!!

Only kidding with you Miguel. How do you engine mounts hold up? Like rocks or pudding?

I have AWR all around 70 Duro and Weapon R engine damper i trully think well i know for a fact the Engine Damper is helping alot with wheel hop and engine vibration i really love it well worth the money...

BTW im sorry if i have thread Jack this thread posting the Mod list... Once again thanks for the Help we finally did the Cams and everything is almost ready to drop the engine in the car

I thought the damper was pretty much worthless if you had solid mounts?

Well i can tell you bro is well worth it, Expensive but worth it, That tiny thing helps a lot with engine movement and vibration, I highly recommend it to anybody this will also help alot with Wheel hop.

I will wait to install my mount and inserts first but thanks I'll keep that in mind.

will attempt to make my own endlinks and install those and front sway bar bushings tonight...wish me luck
