If it was cranking you can rule out the starter.
It's turning over, but not catching...if that makes sense? The two things that popped to mind were starter and fuel pump.
I talk to mine all the time... Buzzy groans and complains back when its especially cold outside. I can just hear him mumbling and grumbling as we leave the neighborhood.
well i just got done putting a apex 2.5" jpipe back midpipe in and what a different no cats makes! so much fun.
and my twm came in and to my dismay, my factory shift knob doesnt thread on. :'( so i dont know what to do.
and the guy i got it from is a local and has a TG msp and has had it since it had 4 miles on it(so jealous) and he let me borrow this copy of "import Racer" that covers the 03.5 msp and tests upgrades and gets 210 hp and 208 tq very easily. i may try ans scan the articles for you guys. its pretty cool
Installed Centric rotors and Posiquiet pads on all four corners yesterday.
the factory knob has the threading deeper in the knob than a standard pro. TWM has a version that has extended threading or you're looking at getting a new knob.
You guys just like talking about your "knobs" online, don't you? (idhitit)
yeah, forgot to mention, but I had a family emergency on Sunday and was rushing to get somewhere while doing a steady 110-120 on the highway. Amazing how stable the MSP is at those speeds. Not once did I feel out of control, or sketchy in any way. In retrospect, doing that on snow tires (I think all snows are rated to 99 mph) wasn't the best call, but good to know the car is capable of fast runs too...
Broke out my eastwood roller and pulled my fenders a bit more.
