Transmission Jerking

My 2025 Mazda3 is less than a year old and has only 5k miles. However, there are times where the transmission shifting is very "jerky", especially at low speeds and when I first start driving. Because of the low mileage, I haven't even been to the dealer for it's first service.

Any ideas? Could it be caused by the cylinder deactivation?

Are you talking about when accelerating, or decelerating?

No, this does not activate in those scenarios and when it does, you can't tell anyway.
