Still up in the air to be honest. I'm 50/50 right now.
I made a spreadsheet to calculate everything I need to do to sort this car out as a fairly dependable, fairly quick, street car. Looking at around $3k to fix/upgrade everything. If I upgrade the diff I'm going to add the AWR pass. and trans mount, get the hardware to install the DP, get a tune, and upgrade the rear rotors and pads. Also, my HVAC temperature control knob is messed up, and my steering wheel get's cockeyed (mostly after hard turns, with tire spin) when it's going straight down the road. If I am going to put any more money into the car I'm going to fix every little thing I need to now. $3k is just a lot more money to dump into a car I already have so much invested in.
If I put a stock trans/diff back in it's getting the DP installed, the tune, hvac fixed, steering wheel fixed, and getting sold, cause I know there's the possibility it will just destroy another diff.
