How you guys like?
Just finished installing the driver seat, and that was a bugger, since it has lumbar support and the passenger didnt, it made a HUGE difference on how i mounted them, since the seats are wider than the stocks i and the driver had lumbar, i had to cut the side off of the stock bracket so it would fit, than make new brackets so it could reach the holes on the new seats,
and in the end im happy with it, i sit up higher and it fells stronger. And it matches the back seats and the inside GREAT!
Today and yesterday's event are as follows:
replace broken alt pulley caused by idiots not istalling the bottom bolt of the alternator, so i fixed that, put on some new Gatorbacks, replaced the thermostat, tightened all the oilpan bolt, put on my eyelids, installed red bulb in the tail lights, got a ticket for my tint and made the most kick ass shorty exhaust ever.

I didnt like the droning sound in the cabin when i tried that once....gave me a headache. How are u holding up to it?

hello resonation. You drive up to NC way too much to drive comfortably with that. Droning is gonna own you. I am sure, and i know you are gonna say its fine, not bothering you, but I know for a fact it is. My dump pipe comes out right there so I know for a fact it is not fun all the time. Heh, at least I can close mine.

Removed tranny and clutch/ flywheel in a flash on Friday, took me about an hour and a half to get it off from jacking up to off. Not too bad for a car on jack stands that is still in the process of cooling off. Got flywheel resurfaced and installed new clutch and pressure plate, still on Friday. Opened tranny and with help from Prodigy (thanks Chris!) resealed RTV seals so I didn't have to add 2qts of fluid every week. Saturday, installed tranny with some small but needed help from TinmannMS6 (thanks Todd), he gave me a breather on the lifting side of reseating the tranny and held it up for me while I got it lined up. Other than that I slapped that b**** back together and she's running and not leaking so far. 60+ miles into break in.
lol, it is soooo damn loud, fun for short trip indeed but it is only temporary, i get the 3.5" downpipe this week then a full 4" exhaust all the way out the back, it will be much better then.
When i turn up my stereo the droning doesn't bother me (butt)
You can't block the noise lol. I been running open 3inch for a long time and trust me you have to turn the stereo almost all the way up just to be able to hear a song clearly. And your gonna have a bigger exhaust man. Sound like a beast but not good for cd/s or radio. The volume goes to like 35 so your gonna be atleast around 25 which is rather loud from outside the car. It will be fun though.
And I ordered a GReddy Type S last night whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Overnight parts from Japan... honestly from Japan but it'll take a few days to get here.
May have the RS for sale let me know if you should need it everyone.
