What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

here in a few hours i will be ordering the corksport racepipe and the DDM replacement bulbs probably either 5000K or 6000k not really sure yet

Ran her through a new (to me) touchless carwash. Did a very good job, better than the place I used to go to. And it's closer to home.

I have never had much luck with any car wash. It never gets that baked on grime off that I get from driving. I always have gel like substances on the sides and hairs and animal meat up in the fender wells, as well as frog legs and such. :( I think I am in store for a nice polish and wax on my 2 weeks off.

Hopefully I can take some snow pics tonight or tomarrow :)

Pondered doing a full-part out when I heard the specs on the 2011 Mustang GT this morning...drool.

I planned on selling my car middle of next year. Now this is looking very tempting. Also 25mpg. wow.

Yeah, definitely nothing to laugh at. And this is only the beginning for that motor. No DI, no turbo, no F/I, and a conservative tune on 87 octane leave a lot of wiggle room in the future. I test drove a 2010 with the Track Pack and loved it, but this is going to be wild. Also note the forged & sleeved engine, NASCAR tech for the intake setup, and the factory free-flowing headers off the showroom floor.

Although, as it remains to be proven, there's not too much that can replace the MS6 in terms of power, value, and styling.

Nice. I love how clean the engine bay looks also. Any word on how much?

Rumor is not much more than the 2010. Apparently some of the engine cost was built into the price hike in 2010, so it wouldn't be a huge shock now.

I would want aftermarket wheels. The biggest I could fit on the rear. Also a nice 2 inch drop. 6 speed manual please :)

One more advantage to awd.

There was about 2.5 inches on the ground this after noon when I left. I have a long driveway that goes up hill. Speed6 made it up like a champ. Also my whole neighborhood was never cleared. Made it through with no problems. Only thing is I was a snow plow. Luckily didn't mess up my air diverter under the intercooler.

Funny thing is my sister has a scion tc and she only made it halfway up the driveway then she got stuck.

Found another source for oval exhaust tips (thanks Powerblock TV!). Gonna have to do some measuring then decide just how much I want to spend. Some of them are pretty pricey.
