I assume you can use it with antifreeze, but it wasn't designed to work that way. It was designed for racing applications where they only used distilled water and Water Wetter. It was big in the motorcycle racing scene for awhile since using it with straight distilled water kept it track legal. Back when Water Wetter came out there were no antifreeze companies that had a track legal product. Now there are a few companies that make track legal antifreeze and they work better than any Water Wetter combination. When the R1's came out with digital water temp gauges they showed that Water Wetter wasgetting anywhere from 10-15 degrees difference and Liquid Performance Coolant was getting 20+ degrees.mattybo said:you can use it with anti freeze. It doesnt harm your engine.
Aaron said:this is a problem with water wetter and the antifreeze that a stock msp has. It is a chemical reaction between the two in low temperature enviroments such as the coolant overflow jug. I have written redline and this is the response I got. I have this same problem with my msp and water wetter. This has been talked about in forced induction section in the regular forums.
