classic vid with hunter. he's actually the video editor for a comedy troupe who is a major mac user and he's just poking a little fun at himself and the flaws of his beloved system.
i can say that after 3 years of studying graphic design/digital art on macs in univ. and 2 years in high school, mac users are fooling only themselves. unfortunately i've gotta deal with them cuz they are the backbone of the graphics industry.
and when you put it that way, yes any *nix based system is probably better than a dos based system, but i havent needed a 16-bit environment since the days of warcraft. XP is pretty much DOS free with the exception of the cmd line. *nix has its place, and it is not a Bill Gates killer everyone claims it is--i'm pretty sure gates doesnt program anymore so you're not really stickin it to him by ditching windows...and even though i'd like to see it, *nix it won't replace the desktop OS of choice. OSX is a good effort, RedHat was a good start, but still wont come close to replacing windows.
