The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Sure was!

I didn't think you guys would see the video because I didn't think any of you knew what drag racing was!

Makes me wonder why they would even bring you in for an interview? Unless the hiring freeze happened between the time the interview was scheduled and when you actually went in for it.

I think it was before they interviewed me, but I don't know for certain. The dept I interviewed for was already down 2 people and another guy's last day was that friday so maybe they're hoping to already have that process over with when they can hire people? I don't know, just trying to stay positve

Please help this video go viral. Please. This guy is hilarious! And he is an employee where I work...

Yes! Chive isn't blocked at work! Thanks for getting Phen hip to it who got me hip to it, MonkeyAss. ;)

True. I'm trying to get some folks from work to go to the Indy race. I know it's going to be a madhouse, but they're NASCAR fans (and the folks that Levi and I went with to Bristol). I think they'd have fun.

True, Levi and True, Phen. on the one hand it gives us a couple of new places that are closer to home, but on the other hand VIR and LRP are our 2 BIG CORRALS other than Mid-Ohio and Road America ... it'll be an interesting year, for sure. I'm gonna miss the LRP adventure, though. : (

Exactly. As I've said before. LRP is my favorite event of the year. I like it better than Mid-Ohio. I think for the main reason is I get to see people that I haven't seen since the previous year, even though we're busting our butts, it never seems like we are working all that hard. The other tracks feel like we bust our ass the whole time we are there.

Hmm, looks like we'll have to reconsider our thoughts for the one charity Lauri...
