I recently installed a Curt 13315 hitch on my girlfriends car over the weekend and struggled a bit but finally got it on but then realized I should have left rear rubber exhaust hangers (closest to exhaust pipe) attached on the car side vs on the exhaust and now seems like the hitches flange has significant interference to re-attach them. Has anyone has been an idiot like me and found a good way to solve this? Right now I have the exhaust attached from 2/4 of the rubber hangers. I've ordered one of those tools meant to remove the rubber bumpers so I can more easily handle them when I try to fix it later. Is brute force even an option?
