Levi is right they're 23lbs a piece....all Mazda wheels are like that. Larry, I have a set of MP3 wheels available if you'd like them.....

For all you ballers out there running 17"+ sure...but the Mazda 16's are rather light. The MX-5 wheels I run weigh in just under 16lbs and the wifes stock 3 wheels are between 16-17lbs...here's proof using a state-of-the-art-top-of-the-line measuring instrument.

They are silver Motegi SX5 16x7 (I've got no idea on the offset). I believe they are on the way out. Info is a little difficult to find and if I wanted another set, kinda hard to get.

google search seems to show they weigh in around 18-19lbs

17". I would rather not do any fender work. I don't want any wheel or tire past the body. Btw, staying at stock height also.

Just an FYI, all Mazdawheels for the most part are 23lbs plus! Even the stockers on the 6 were 23lbs.....Lauri's Mazdaspeed wheels are 23 lbs, they're 18 X 7.5 if you want lightweight wheels, look at the Kosei TS-1's 13.3-13.5 lbs Enkei RPF-1's 15.5 pounds...

All except the 04 MSM wheels. They're only 17ish.

the evo wheels i got are around 18 lbs, still not sure if the offset will stick out on the rear. If not I bet i could atleast get my money back, maybe even make a little

My RX8 wheels are beasts!! I believe 22lbs per wheel. Although, iirc, MS3 wheels are around 24 each?

I dropped off my RX8s and new summer tires at Leipold's at 12pm to get them mounted...they called me at 12:51 saying they were done LOL talk about quick!!

Ya, 18x8. 1" wider than the 7" wide MS3 stockers...VERY noticeable grip increase!! Idk why they put such skinny wheels on the MS3, the 2nd gen's have 7.5"

17x9 +48 can fit on the 3... youd need some fender work but its not that difficult to be done

Just for future reference how about 17x7+40, 17x7.5+42/45. I found 4 styles of Drag wheels I like all 17.5-19 lbs. All around 100-130 ea.

I think it's evo 8? not too sure on my evo #'s from the 03-06 model 17x8 enkeis with I think 6 spokes, they've been in storage since I got them last fall. I have a pic on my other computer
