Just finished the ground control coilover install here's a couple picks

Rota Boost 17x7.5 gunmetal is what is planned. looking at late NOV for when I'm getting them. I like a dark color to contrast the crazy bright orange haha and match the eventual tint job.

I dig how you 'hid' the VTCS/VICS sensors.

Yup no CELs at all I tucked them in-between each runner but they're plugged into their solenoids.

Did you remove the VTCS? Why would you have a CEL?

Must be nice I have my turbo mp3 and put a 626 mani on mine when I built my motor and I throw vics codes every time and they are still hooked up. Idk if it makes a difference but I run a regular protege lx ecu though with my Mpi Tuner.

u should try switching to a mp3 ecu what happend to urs and y r u useing a lx one???

Cause im running the 626 mani w/ no VTCS or VICS and the sensors are just sitting there pluged in to the harness but the vacuum lines not hooked up. but my OBD reader says its all good(thumb)

and yes i know the stock intercooler is there. idk what im going to do because I still want the second fan but it wont fit with an aftermarket radiator

+1 i have no vics or vtcs but my solenoids are still connected n no codes.
