since eibach pro-kit drops more on the front than on the rear, anyone had to adjust their headlight to compensate? thanks.

yes you can -- but i think you would need a +48 offset -- you might beable to use a +45 but you'll have to roll the fenders --
some members swear that they can tuck a +42 -- but i'd be carefull because mine with no fender roll sits so close you can't put a anything in between

I have repainted the rims once since these pics were taken a couple of years ago and the rims still look great!

with a 205/40/17 -- you should be fine -- you may have to roll the fender some but all in all that might work
as far as the offset goes -- all i can tell you is that the lower the number ( like +40 0r +35 ) --- the closer wheel is to the fender --- the higher numbers ( like +45 or +50 ) --- the wheel sits closer to the strut --
