But he clearly says he didn't hook up his horn...

You should have wires for the airbag and another set of wires for the horn. The horn should just have 2 wires if not 1. If you paid attention when you unhooked it you will know, you may have to hard wire them instead of using the connectors. It should just be a hot and a ground. I've never seen how they are on the protege so I can't say but so much 99% of the time it's either a ground wire or a hot wire, or it will be a hot and ground wire

I now he says he doesn't hook it up but witch one is the horn I am guessing its going to be there some where I will just have to mess with it and figure it out I think there is two plugs the big yellow one for the air back and another one for the horn I will mess with it

The horn only has one wire, I just took my cruise controls off the stock wheel and it had the horn wire integrated into the same connector for some reason. Its the red wire that's riveted onto the stock wheel. Not sure how you would get that to work on a quick release but it can be done. My friend just wired his up in his Z. Ill be getting a new wheel soon so Ill let you know when I figure it out.

I assume if you are selling the front belts you are using harness, which is highly unsafe even with a roll bar.

Y would harnesses be unsafe

think it has to do with the fact once you are using them properly you cannot really move to look around or behind you, not to mention if you get lazy and do not properly fasten them or your passenger they can really hurt you in a minor accident. Plus in the case of an accident not all emergency crews are trained to remove people from them properly.

I know in Canada its illegal to drive on the roads with harness in a street legal(insured) car. You can have them in the car but you need to use the proper DOT approved belts that came with the car, least it used to be that way.

Mine are track aproved and everything and they are set up like there Supposed to be

key word being track, not daily driven cars.
