I just dont know how I feel about these yet. They make sense and are functional there is no doubt about that. I just dont see why they didnt make the transition coming out smoother. Its that 45 degree cut that I am talking about. Maybe I will grab a set and modify them to my liking.
I know its not sunlight but it was raining yesterday and today was really busy...

I was iffy on their aesthetics of the flaps but i'd rather have these as a daily driver than be pissed when I see more and more rock chips on the doors. Rally armor for daily drivers FTW (esp in NE)

Definitely. My problem now is the front of the car, I have 4 chips on my hood alone and not even 5000 miles on the car...
30K on my car ... hood is terrible. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have 180K on my accord and 75K on my jetta (which has been sold) and has less chips. Wish i purshed the urethane protection. even then that only does so good.

My last MS3 had a few nicks in it because the the $%#$%# mass highway dept has been tearing up the roads and leaving them ripped up for weeks at a time before repaving. I know I know I have bitched about this before.
I have noticed the red seems to hold up better. Could be because all those roads finally got paved.
I would ask about those clear coats... but I don't want to hijack the thread.

I'm going to make a piece of plexiglass that attatches to the tow hook and acts like a giant shield, with only an air duct going to the grill lol. SWATspeed 3 FTW!

Got me a black '09 Speed3 and got me a set of the flaps installed today. The flaps are black with red writing and they look fantastic. I think one's a teeny bit crooked so I'm going to have to get back to that tomorrow morning but I did what I can do until now. Tired so I'm gonna go to sleep. It's 2:50AM >_>".
