I did the Tbelt on my MSP 2day. It was very easy for a timing belt. I however did not get a replacement spring for the tensioner. I ordered all my parts from mazda thru my parts department at my work(honda dealer). Now I would assume that you should replace this and it doesnt seem to be holding the tensioner where it needs to be. Anybody happen to have a part number for this or anything? I am not sure if they forgot to gget me this with my order or what. Thanks guys.(rockon)

if the spring isn't stretched, don't worry about it
there is a way to R&R the timing belt without ******* up the little spring

Yeah it isnt holding the tensioner in place though. It seems to be over stretched. It needs to be replaced.
