I drive a Mazda CX5 2018 2.2de
The car would stutter at random, high or low speed then go into limp mode, after running diagnostics it was found that the exhaust gas temperature sensor kept triggering, forcing the engine into limp mode. The sensor was then replaced, however the issue remained, I have since been driving with an OBD connected to my car allowing me to view what the sensor is doing, below is a snippet and I've also attached a video of it.
As you can see, the top left image shows the sensor randomly spike to 1000 degrees, when that happens the engine RPM drops for those few seconds then it goes back to normal,
Any ideas?
