Ok i just got new tires for my p5 which is 205/55/16 and i was woundering would I have any rubbing issue if I was to put eibach spring and tokico shock?

no. in theory they are the same as 205/35/18. i run 215/35/18 w/o any rubbing and i am pretty damn low on coil overs

1FastMp5 rode on 205/55-16 azenis with no rubbing and he was lowered on gc coilovers.

you should be good to go. NO PROBLEMS. I am lowered on EIBACH soprings amd I am running 215's, no issues.
