so, I didn't drive yesterday since I was home sick. Today as I was getting to work, I noticed the parking brake light was on, I made sure the brake was off, if I pull it the light gets brighter... I touched the rear rotors when I got to work, they weren't hot...

hmmm we topped it off of saturday after the bleed, I'll check at lunch

replaced my fog light bulbs, even though I found out at the end that both were still good. Gave her a wash (needs some clay bar) and fixed the ABS light... turns out I forgot to plug in a front sensor after I did the timing belt... (spin)

the brake pedal is still weird though so I still need to get the MC, just not as worried now

changed my oil today, and replaced the seal for the tranny/drive shaft with Marcs help, we'll see if the leak stops... oh and we turned the car on without the mid pipe and exhaust (just downpipe), i like the sound

oh and I was looking for an adapter that would let me use the HIDs I had for the 3 (H7 bulbs), but I just ordered 9006 HID bulbs instead..... duuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrr

installed the HIDs, they're working pretty well, will take a night shot tonight or tomorrow. Also got a set of winter wheels with Eagle GT tires on them, the tires are a bit old but have good thread and grip much better than the Kuhmos. I've felt more comfortable pushing it a bit more with these so I'm enjoying it quite a bit, they're not very pretty but they do the job just fine

less foam allows me to sit lower, I can now sit up right and not touch the top with my head. I have a better driving position and can also see better out the windshield, so I can hold off on buying a racing seat for a while

How was pulling the seat apart? I want to get a heated seat kit for my car, but I hate pulling seat covers off and reinstalling them!

it was pretty easy, just took a few minutes to figure out how to take the pieces apart and undo all the metal clips. Put the thing back together with zip ties and you can't tell lol

it feels good, rough enough to provide grip but not much as to be uncomfortable

How tall are you Pablo? Before you removed the foam, was your head hitting the roof? Or did you just not fit with a helmet?

I put mine back together with the metal clips... it basically resulted in an endless stream of expletives and throwing of things. Zip ties is the way to go...

How tall are you Pablo? Before you removed the foam, was your head hitting the roof? Or did you just not fit with a helmet?

I'm 6', if I sit straight up like on the 3 the I would touch the top without a helmet, I actually haven't put it on while in this car... but I now have a couple of inches of clearance, guess I'll give it a try tonight
