i installed a used Split second afc v1. i can read the map in afc but i cannot mine in !! Got MAF sensor circuit A check engine and crank sensor circuit A too !!!!

The wires must have been installed incorrectly or they aren't making a good enough connection.

There are all soldered but it got a plug to unplug it maybe thats the problem ?? I Will connect them directly because this wire doesnt seem to be from factory. Sometimes when its connected it act like a mouse going everywhere on my desktop ?? And where i see my com port its show that the port I use for the Split second is a mouse.... This is freaking me out because im 100km of where I live.Did 20awg copper wire will work to connect new wire ??

Double check the wiring to make sure they are wired correctly, it sounds like the wrong wires were connected or the plug you used isn't making good contact. The computer issues are with your computer, not with the AFC. 20awg wire is a little too big but it will work.

Ive put yellow/black on purple grey (tachometer)
Green to light green/black to maf
Purple to light green/black to ecu
Pink wire to pink/blue between Y(shield wire black) and ecu
Pink/blue to pink blue
Red to white/red (positive)
Black to black/red

Pin out and wire colours were matching instructions.
I checked a lot of time to be sure that all was correct before starting the car and a multiple times after it didnt work well.I disconnected the maf in out and the car run well so thats now my computer.i think about ecu ground and power connection... Where are they located?? what can i check with a multimeter to ensure me that the Split Second receive and send well ?

Yes it is. V1 i think because I only have 7 wire and only fuel table. running with r4 v1.5 with HL-340 wire with ch340driver installed correctly and my com port is number 1.I run r4 when key on/engine off.press write in the fuel maps, right after the 3 loading(map a and b) escape, disconnect from ecu, turn key off, wait 30 sec then start and it stall (cause by the ckp low input and maf low input)

The wires are connected incorrectly or the unit is programmed wrong. The AFC intercepts the primary O2 and MAF sensors and alters what the ECU sees, if you have CKP and MAF codes the wires are either switched and connected wrong or aren't making good contact.

CONTACT -there is a way to tell me if the wiring isnt making good contact? ( I soldered them so in my mind the contact cant be bad this way)
UNIT WRONGLY PROGRAMMED - there something that hint me the unit is wrong programmed. In the map already in the ecu the settings options are Display Mode: Gauge pressure and Application Additional Injector Controller. Can i reprogram the ecu to be a Programmable Signal Calibrator ?? (In the SuperMap Stock the option are the good one:VAcuum/pressure and Programmable Signal calibrator)

WRONG WIRE CONNECTED - I take this to get the wire. The color and wire pin out fit to Split Second Instruction

Green wire of the split second goes on the firewall side and the violet to the ecu side
Pink wire firewall side and pink blue to the ecu side

Did my o2 sensor wire well connected ?

(60) Black/white wire (35)

Yes but i cant and dont know why
I redid my wiring get 12.5v to the split second....car starts ran fine as **** and then....burp burp burp...stall s***.let the car sit for the night and came in start like a charm ran fine again for 1 hour then....stall again. I made a new vacuum to be sure there is no leak in the system and im sure this tight as a virgin !!! new hose i put clamp on every connection !!!

1.4V from the purple wire and neg on the chassis Key on/engine off

If the wiring is correct Max made a great point, what are the settings in the R4 software?

I open customer SUPERMAPSTOCK then the setting are:

4 cylinder 4 stroke

Vacuum/pressure and Programmable signal calibrator

Pressure 0 to 30psi/3vdc
aux fuel pump abortive start time
over pressure
inj a and b over latched

over rpm 6000
over pressure 1.1
over inj% 90%
fuel pump start psi -1
fuel pump run time 3
fuel pump startup time 120

BUT if I read The ecu data it doesnt get me this setting but I send the setting that I write above. Its like i dont write over the existing data in the ecu or the ecu reset alon to a setting i dont want....

:o MAD MAD MAD

I need to tell you my modification that I think it cant change something to make it work.

I dont have cat and resonator so I did the non fouller plug trick.I need to cut the wire of the 2nd o2 so i resolder them but when I arrived to the black I dont know with wich one they were matching. I searched a lot and found that the o2 Heater dont have Polarity.

I tried 2 Maf to ensure me thats not the problem.

Tested with a multimeter:

12.5v key on/engine off on red wire of psc1
6v-6.5v key on/engine on yellow wire of psc1 (cold engine 1k-1.5krpm)

I am studying electro mechanics so thats a challenge for me now.

You have to open the file, then adjust your settings and hit the 'write data to ecu' button to program the AFC. Once the AFC has been flashed it won't change any settings.

When I open the SuperMap Stock the settings is already set .But I know now that i also need to set setting when I write data from ecu to PC.
