Oil change question

I've got a 03 6, and just wondering if anyone changes there on oil and filter. I know you have to get a special filter, but are there any thing else you need. I haven't taken all the plastic under the car off yet and just wanted to get a heads up on what to expect. I know i could just take it to the dealer, but i like to work on my on cars if I can and hate going to a dealer.

I think you need a special cap to get the filter off. or big arms

it depends on the car the 6s has just a normal spin on filter the 6i you have to get the filter which is a cartridge type from the dealer

yep you need the filter and 2 o-rings...parts dept didn't know the drainplug had one 2 so beware if they tell you you don't need to replace that one too. get the 76mm wrench attachment cause it was a beioch to get off withought and remember the cartrige is going back on the car so you don't wanna strip it (RTM)
