Well at least to the Mazda 6. I've done various bolt performance mods to Honda's, Saturn's, Chevy's never to a Mazda. So here's what I got:

2003 Mazda 6
2.3 liter I4
4spd Automatic

Here's what I'm looking to do:

Increase throttle response and acceleration.
Improve overall handling (without lowering the car)
And just make it a little more fun to drive back and forth to work and college.

This is my girl friend's car and she is a Chevy fanatic and is unsatisfied with the fact that in order to get any kind of power it has to get into the high revs to get anywhere. I know she should have gotten the V6 but at the time the price was right and she needed the car sooner than later.

I'm just looking for suggestions for ways to improve bottom end Torque in the low rpm range.

thanks in advance

intake.

exhaust will cause you to lose low end, and be louder then shed prolly want. improve handling? racing beat front and rear sway bars. the racing beat springs, lower the car a very modest 3/4 of an inch.

OK well intake is doable and cheap enough. But what's FI the last I remember FI meant Fuel Injection.

Thanks for the input.
