Now on the flip side this country needs to throw people in the military it might give them a better view on there life and there country. I say that if you get called to serve and you run away you should be shot....

put yourself outside of the medical/physical requirements for military service.redpro01 said:I dont agree with forcing someone to the military, but if it does pass... what can you do about it?
Rism said:I never said a missile hit it did I. That just shows your lack of competence to engage in a coherent debate. Your weak grasp on the english language doesn't help either. I'm not here to argue with people who blindly believe the govt. I'm here to tell you I have been researching 9-11 since Dec 2001 and 90% of what the govt has told you is severely inaccurate. If you don't want to take the time to research it then you re doing yourself and this country a great injustice by letting this idea that the govt has explained 9-11 to live on.
This will be my last post in this thread

If we can rebuild New Orleans, we can rebuild whatever they attack. The right to 120v electricity isn't in the constitution nor is the right to drive an H2 Hummer back and forth to your kid's soccer practice because 'you can'.
The freedom of speech will not be lost even if a world power sent a few Nukes over to us. We'd bounce back like we always do in full force. If the time came where we needed to amass a huge army...we would. Right now people don't see a reason for all the soldiers being killed in Iraq. Its not our war, it never was. So it is to be expected that there are fewer volunteers.
If we put 1/4 of the money we spend on this war into renewable energy research and development, public transportation, and other methods of reducing our oil consumption...we could cut off our lifeline to the middle east and let them fight their own wars.

Acts of terrorism are not intended to merely victimize or eliminate those who are killed, injured, or taken hostage, but rather to intimidate and influence the societies to which they belong.
There is the definition of terrorism. Now the intended goal of terrorism to instill fear or 'terror' amongst the general population to influence them into doing one thing or another.
So in the past few years what entity has been trying to scare the American population into submission?
