Need Help

While traveling home today, I got into my neighborhood and was doing some "S" driving (quick left and right turns) to see if I heard any noises from my suspension. I believe that my right front shock is broken since it makes a "klunk" sound whenever I go over a big bump at low speeds. Anyway, while doing this, I heard what sounded like rubbing from either my right front or left front. I'm not sure what it is but I need to know what it is and whether or not it will worsen when I go down south later this week for a state baseball tournament. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time.

If you want to check if your shock is good you need to press on his area, if the car bounce up and down so its not working.
