Need help with the "security key disc"

So I own a 2015 Mazda CX-9. Recently, I fixed the driver seat sun visor which for some inexplicable reason blew the ROOM
fuse. I replaced it, however, the infotainment screen is now stuck with the SECURITY prompt "Please enter the security key disc". I am aware of the fact that there was a CD that came with the car, however I have no clue where that is and despite searching tirelessly, can't seem to find it. Web searches only end up showing me security key fob, and no reference to this issue.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated, and thanks in advance.
