Need help with TIP

Ok so I ordered it on Saturday and the order still hasn't been shipped or even processed. I sent them a e-mail just asking what the usual turn around time is so I can plan for a friend to come help me install it (I'm trying to teach him a few things about my car (hehe)) and still no reply. I called and nobody answered yesterday or today. Is this normal and I'm just being impatient? Let me know thanks.

That is why I no longer do business with PG and why I recommended the Cobb item.

Yep im sure he powercoats them upon request which takes a little while. Even if it takes a while to get your product you will be happy. It will fit much better than the cobb or cpe piece with your msp intake.

you guys need to understand that ken is a busy guy. I've done business with him and was very satisfied with the service. Just pm him

And when after 4 weeks of calling a dozen times daily and sending PM's every day on a $750 order you still don't have answers, then what? On every order I've placed with them I got my product a month later or not at all and had to cancel. The customer service and support was garbage. I've said it elsewhere that I'm glad there are folks out there who have had good experiences with PG. At least someone is. After my experiences with them I will not recommend their products to anyone. I avoid PG like herpes now.

and whats wrong with blendercloud expressing himself? he is only relating what has happened to him, what sounds like multiple times, to the op. just because ken is a great guy and helps the mazda community out every chance he can, doesnt make him a god and therefore immune to criticism. running a business is tough, but u should still try and get back to everyone, especially on the forums if youre an authorized vendor. just my .02

wow i spaced on that one and deleted my other post, i forgot they made one lol.. (rockon)

we all do it, ive done much worse lol

curious and playing devils advocate. All my parts from corksport have been well made, exhaust and braces. Why do you say tip looks poorly designed, just curious as to what your seeing that others may not be yet.

well i didnt say it was poorly designed but i do agree with it.. sometimes looks arent everything but its in the engine bay and IMHO just doesnt look that good..on the other hand i havent heard anything bad about its performance yet though.. and im curious as to if it rubs against the strock battery and tray.. that pipe looks bigger then any other piece ive installed.

I wonder if anyone on here has one installed and what sri or cai they are running with it...if i was home id order it and do it all myself to show to everyone as far as yah or nah.
Most of corksports parts push the limits on size, but they have always seemed to work on my speed. Can be a bit of a pain to install at times though.

interesting how long that bottom bvp recirc tube connector is. Looks like it would fit though . . . Interesting fit regardless. Look how long that top bracket sticks out lol.

thats what i though everything is like extreme on that and thats what makes it look ugly kinda

well the top bracket seems better then the pg one. the pg one needs to go up another half inch, and push the pipe about 3/4 closer to the battery. then it would have fit perfect. i had to do some fandangeling on myne to get it to work. i know im crazy but i still bring it back to wondering why it came in a Cobb MS3 Turbo Inlet box.

He probably just reused a cobb box to send it to you. All of the inlets are made with the same mold so its not like yours will be any different. After installing all the inlets the PG one is by far the easiest to install. The COBB / CPE inlets are huge.

Mine fit absolutely perfectly and bolted onto the stock mounting point which the cobb / cpe don't. Then again the cobb / cpe ones are jammed in there so tight they aren't going anywhere.

alright guys, PMed ken and got a response

"we're finishing up and sending all inlets, including yours, tomorrow. sorry for the delay"

:D :D :D :D
