No chance!! NASCAR is backward technology, and that's just the beginning...... It's a shame too, because there are actually some decent drivers there. Push the gas,,,turn left,,push the gas,,turn left - boring!!!

Open Wheel (including CART, F1, and IRL - since Michael's team is there)
Sports Car (American LeMans Series)
Euro Touring Cars
WRC

I would bet most MAZDASPEED owners are more interested in Road Racing series. If; they are true enthusiasts.

Open wheel if for rich bastards and fags, I bet you play golf on a regular basis and do Martha Stuart crafts with your wife on the weekends!!!

Open wheel if a ******* video game for the driver, if he is about to mess up 80 alarms go off telling him how to drive correctly, only in very extreme conditions does a wreck take place.

NASCAR strong point is the grouping of the field. Watch one live and you will instantly see the difference vs F1 etc.

They each have their strong points, just differences that some people like.


And if you think its easy try driving 170-200 mph inches from someone in a pack of 30 other drivers. Where just the air being pushed off by the other car can spin you, or spin them.

Its also nice to have cars that are more equally matched, where the drivers/crews skill can be more noticeablely influenced on the outcome.

I enjoy almost ANY racing, but as far as NASCAR goes, I limit myself to Winston Cup. I don't bother with any of the other series under that body...

My wife is a NASCAR nut, especially Waaaaahd Burton and Mikey....

I prefer road racing, but I'll watch what I can get.... Speed World Challenge is my personal favorite, followed by WRC, I think.

I use to LOVE! The Speed channel till they started showing nothing but NASCAR.

You use to get all kinds of racing from F1, NASCAR, Rally, Bike, Drag, Le Mans, GT etc...


Now its mostly NASCAR, followed by NASCAR talk, garage talk, Review of the pass talks, review of that talk, review of furture talks. And some Rally with GT.
