Anyone live in the Sacramento area?

I'm looking at a car at a Sacramento dealer and I live across the country. The deal looks too good to be right so I would love it if someone would help with a prebuy and see how the car looks. Pictures are all fine but no close ups and one minor accident but apparently no damage. Uneasy about buying and shipping across the country just to find there was something they were not telling me.
