I know I'm not the first with rattling, but apparently the first in the st. louis area.
I emptied the trunk completely when i first noticed it, but didn't find anything loose. Drove it around empty and still heard.
I knew immediately it had to be the suspension. I had an RSX type-s that I had built for autoxing and ripped two suspensions out of it (the stock and aftermarket setups) from hard driving.
Anyway, poked my head up underneath but couldn't see anything amiss, then took it to dealer since it's an 07 with 32k miles and still under warranty.
On the rack we could see immediately the rear right control link had snapped and was rattling around loose.
Only problem was dealer doesn't have part in stock as they've never had to replace one. Not one single dealer in St. Louis had one so I have to wait till sometime next week.
Just thought I'd add to the rattling threads, and ask if anyone else has broken a link?
