Gcotton,

How did you fix the stalling if it's vented? Or anyone that can answer this?

I've reduced mine by tightening the spring tension on the Greddy Type S, and this weekend I"m goign to increase the idle to 900 RPM to see if this alliviates the problem as I've read in previous threads.

You can either run a recirculated BPV in conjunction with the open-vent BOV, or you can put the MAF sensor on the IC---->TB pipe AFTER the BOV. Either will work, but our MAF is not a blow-thru type so it may or may not have problems with pressurized air running through it.

Or you can get the Forge dual-piston BOV...several people already have it, but only Torco has posted in here & I'm not sure if his setup is the same as what they are selling now. Hopefully I'll be getting mine this weekend. :D

so the Forge Dual-Piston BOV is not recirculated and fixes the stalling problem? Does it have that nice PSSSHHHH sound still? Thanks a lot guys. Cuz I def. want a BOV.

1) Forge Motorsport
2) 2-piston BOV
3) No.
4) Yes.
5) Stock airbox
6) no sound clip yet.

HKS SSQV hard pipe & drop in flange on stock pipe
Single valve vented
No stalling
No "turkey noise" with both stock box and hks filter
Using same vaccum line at the T.
Clips in sig.

Greddy Type S (Friend's Car)
Same set up as mine but with Injen CAI
No stalling but idles bad after hard idle revv.
May stall on first few days of install.
Clip not in sig but archived somewhere on the forum.

jdm sam ,thats were I saw the bov setup I have been talking about.... So is that a good location for the bov or is it still giving issues

What setup my hks or my friends greddy? My HKS has never given me any issues. Why wouldn't it be a good location? The bov works anywhere between the throttle body and turbo.

i placed my greddy bov about 6 inches from my throttle body. i saw someones pic on one of these threads and they said it worked fine..so i gave it a shot and confirmed
