Lowering Kit Question?

Altspace has a great technique for getting stock endlinks off. it takes time, patience, pb blaster etc. He spent about 10 minutes rocking the bolts back and forth until they busted loose. he did this for 2 sets of proteges in 1 day and it worked great.

Pb blaster, WD or Deep creep and an impact gun but be sure your socket is seated all the way down and hit it a few short bursts to break it loose or you will round the nut real quick (that's usually what happens).

By the way it's been a while but I think AWR's are only a few more dollars than Mazda.

I had to buy new end-links not when I put on the lowering springs, but when I swapped in the swaybar...they wouldn't come off the old bar, rusted to hell.

Springs are on and it looks and rides great. Endlinks are in tact and still on the whip. I'll post pics when I get a chance.
