My last job however sucked big time. They were a bunch of morons, and last I heard they were about to go under. Because when I left, at least two other key people left within the next few weeks.
poboxjosh said:Hey rickman. I currently need some more t shirts. I get 50 at a time shipped. They are text only blue shirts with yellow text on the front. My current vendor charges me right around 5 bucks a piece after shipping. I would gladly give you the business if you can match him.
Rickman said:Royal Blue? I can do them for $5.20 shipped. Or $4.80 + $20 shipping... which is the same.

Rickman said:No problem. Email me the design/text. I'll mock it up for you.

The main thing that went wrong in this situation is my direct manager (A/V) was out on sick leave (6weeks). He had a heart attack and was unable to do our reviews. When I asked my store director what was going to happen he said " oh dont worry about the reviews you have a raise, I put it in on the first" (the day I asked him about it was the 5th. I then asked how much and he said .25. The next check I got was for the 30th - 14th or somthing, and it wasnt on there so I asked about it and he claimed to know nothing of what I was talking about. And there was no review done for me or anybody in my dpt. I am one of the 3 people this happened to. The other people didnt merit a raise and thats why I assume they didnt get screwed. It just sucks and I need to get a new hopfully better paying job soon. The whole place is going down hill quick.Well since (pims) sort of gives away where you work, at least to anyone who works there, I can tell you that if he was giving you a review and a raise all of that has to be done with paperwork first before it is entered into PIMS. He has to do a sit down review with you in the office and go over your performance adn goals and score you on a scale of 1-5 on various factors and if you acheived a score of 3 or higher you would get a set raise amount depending on the score.
