How Much U Pay For Insurance???

My wife and I combined pay $533 a month (not a typo). Two 05 civics and several accidents and tickets between the both of us. using USAA. (cheapest we could find that caters to military)

how much does an accident make it go up if it was your fault? doesw it depend on the amount of the claim?

yeah, it varies on fault and how expensive the claims were. Mine were never over $2000, but my wife's accident totaled 4 cars. (what really set us back).

Everything's gonna get cleared from our records next year and the price'll lower by $200 to $300

POWNED by the insurance scumbags of the world!
sorry. thats really sad actually. why do you pay so much?

i've been payin aoutrageous amounts since i started drivin at 17, i've been with Geico, All state, and not state farm

my accidents or tickets didn't increase it a bit

Right now we're paying $263.00 a month for the MSP, the MP5, the '03 Civic SI Hatchback (which is for sale, in case anyone is interested), plus the house insurance. Once the Civic is sold, it'll drop down to about $163.00 a month for the two cars and the house. Not too bad. But I think we're a little bit older than the average driver on the boards here...

We're both in our mid-thirties - hubby is two years older than me though! :) It does go down in cost after you turn 25, and being married helps your rates too...

I'm pissed off cuz now my dad doesn't want to put the car in his name... so now i gotta go out get and get insurance for my own self... i went and got a quote on how much my MSP would be if i had in insured in my name... came out to be $1,020.00 every 6 months... thats $200 bucks a month... thats only on the MSP though... it would be $720 bucks right now for my little protege lx...

my dad pays $164.00 a month right now for my car... so it ain't that bad for me...

how much yall gettin???
That's about what I'm paying for my truck, car and van. I'm 19 as well.

100.14/month. Went down 68 bucks when i turned 25. WOOO!

I changed policies and i am actually getting more coverage. Uninsured Motorist and something else! (rockon)

Currently $756 every six months, but I just turned 21 so it goes down to $535 at the renewal date. (I'm a girl, good student disc, no accidents/tickets.)
