sooo I have been driving my 3 since she was brand new but it was only recently that I purchased it from my parents (early march) at 72xxx miles. I've already added 3k miles to her and I have loved every minute of it.
I am a college student right now, studying economics at university of maryland, college park. I grew up in frederick county, haven't lived anywhere else but good ol maryland.
back to the car...
I didn't last long with the stock suspension, and I got koni yellow's and eibach pro-kit springs for her mid april. that's the only thing considerable I have done, and I love it so much. I autocrossed her for the first time at the end of april, and she held her own... I clipped a few cones being a noob to autox... but it was fun. Only this past sunday did I get a chance to wash her since the suspension had been done. After washing I took her out for a spin on some familiar b-roads around where I grew up and it was just incredible how well she tore up the roads, even with the worn all seasons.
Right now I am looking to get some rx8 wheels to get some wider and grippier rubber for the car. That is my main focus for the car right now, I probably will not do anything the engine and try and save for something rwd (rx7/miata hopefully)
