Help me

Ok, so im having issues with my car and its pissin me off. After changing my wheels, i noticed that my rear break pads were REALLY weird. The inner brake pad on both sides had been worn down to the metal, but the outer ones were still like 65% left. So i changed them. After changing them, it feels as though my breaks are enganged. The car is slowing down much faster in neutral at a roll and my gas mileage has plummeted to a mere 270 miles a tank, from about 330-360. I changed all my fluids, rear diff, transfer case, and tranny, didnt do nothing. Ive inspected the rear breaks and it doesnt seem as though the breaks are touching. The rear wheels dont turn as easy as the fronts, but still. So now im stuck. I dunno what it could be. PLUS im now getting a vibration in my gas pedal at around 1/3 of the way down. My clutch pedal feels heavier too. Any ideas?

Check the engagement of your hand brake. It might be engaged without you knowing.

Haha that's the first thing I checked. Plus, now I get this vibration in my gas and clutch pedal at about half to 1/3 way in and it feels as though my clutch is a lot harder to push in.....
