can anyone tell me the parts of the exhaust parts? I am asking this since my past mazda and my ford focus had resonators. I usually bypass them and the car sounds excellent. Can I do this to my 2?

Corksport is due to have some exhaust options this month. Keep an eye out. I know that's not the answer to your question, but I don't know. haha.

IIRC, after the exhaust header/cat there is a flange and then one LONG piece of tubing starting with two resonators under the drivers seat area (no electrical wiring near it so I assume they are both resonators) and the exhaust tubing winds back to the oversized muffler with undersized exhaust tip. You would be dropping one long complete pc. containing two resonators and a muffler.

It has a really nice looking tip that isn't the size of a basketball and it sounds really good.

I have a 2" system but what I don't get is that everyone has 2 centre mufflers like the above post said and I had none. I have a 07', did they change it?
Derrick, do you guys also plan a decat? Or header kit?

The euro 1.3 models did not have a mid-box or however it is called.
The 1.5 models did have a mid-box which had a very good gas flow.

The stock exhaust pipe is 45mm external diam and the back-box is 42mm.

I guess I didnt pay attention when they took my stock one off. That rear backbox was big enough for a suv though.

Any date on when the exhaust will be available? I've found some exhaust parts through thunder but they don't have prices listed. So I'm waiting for a reply. But if corksport can have it out soon then I'm gonna get it. I just got new projector headlights so now I'm ready for performance
