back to the subject 2 1/2 weeks is not THAT long of a time. so i guess im on Ryan's side.

even though i dont think it was a good transaction in any way since there was so little communication between buyer and seller, but some things just take more time than expected. hell, people have jobs and sometimes dont have to time to hit up a post office quickly. not making excuses, but to call him a scammer is overboard, id just say he is a poor seller.

I'm starting to think that traveljunkie is trying to buy time or something so that he can come up with the money he may have already spent without shipping the product. Just give alex his refund already. Its sad that we haven't seen traveljunkie tell his side of the story yet. If this is an indication of how he answers emails then he is a flake. I dont see an excuse for not initiating a refund via paypal the same day he emailed alex saying he would.

1 ship out a product as he said he did.
2. Didn't refund my money as he said he did

I'm tired of this Alex kid. He has the nerve to call travelinjunkie a scammer. So what he's been waiting two weeks for his CD changer after being told it was shipped. And now he's got the nerve to say he didn't get his refund back yesterday on the day he was told he would get it. This Alex kid has got some ******* nerve. He isn't replying to e-mails or phone calls... If he was traveling, he would still get reception from his cell.

not only that, it looks like that one already sold on ebay, and the person has since received it and left feedback.. so i'd have to say, it's long gone. sorry man. and the rest of us should be thanking you for the warning rather than arguing with you. you have every right to post your displeasure with his way of business.

Seeing that it's now the 20th, and there is no changer and no refund, when paypal INSTANTLY sends an email to the one receiving money after a transaction, I'm with Alex. His check was CASHED on the 2nd. A little more than 2 weeks now.
It's good to know where people stand on this, because it lets you know who NOT to do business with in the future, especially since it seems that they feel no communication is a GOOD thing. Not sure where you people were taught your business practices, but that school should be out of business.
Alex has not yet been wrong.
