Does my 2025 CX-5 Have Cylinder Deactivation?

Just bought my '25 CX-5 S Select and never considered whether it had cylinder deactivation or not.
FYI, mine doesn't seem to have the auto start/stop thing, or i-stop or whatever it's called so hopefully cylinder deactivation is missing too.
How can I tell? Would it be listed on the window sticker?

Cylinder deactivation applies to the NA cars, while i-Stop applies to the turbos.

If memory serves, isn't there a screen you can go to in the info system that shows the cylinder deactivation process in real time? Find that screen and you should be able to see whether you have it or not.

yup it is on the cx50 but not on the cx5 I have a 2023 cx5 tubo and my neighbor a cx50 turbo.
Ok, that's clears it up. When Redbaron said it was on his turbo you have to assume he's talking about a CX-5 since we're in the CX-5 forum.
Hopefully I-Stop doesn't show up on the domestic CX-5's.

Only early production 2024s had istop and cylinder deactivation. The majority of 2024s don't because of parts shortages at the time
Still unclear. Does the new turbo CX-5's have I-Stop? Seems all of the references are to Cylinder deactivation and I-Stop. I know the turbos don't have CD but what about IStop.

It seems that some later model CX-5's have i-Stop and some don't. The only way to tell for sure is to go to your dealer and look at the buttons on the dash below and to the left of the steering wheel. If you see an "i-Stop OFF" button there, then it does.
