Coolant leak

Ok. This is the first time this has happened. Normal driving today. Temp outside is only about 75. Parked my car in the driveway and came back outside about 15 minutes later and anti freeze was leaking out. It was coming out of the overflow bottle. What gives? Never got hot. Temp gauge never moved above normal. Been almost 3 years since I did my last coolant flush. Drove it around and it did not do it again. Only have 45,500 miles on it. Thoughts?

Think I figured it out. Radiator cap is falling apart. Rubber piece on the bottom of the cap had come off.

Now after looking at pictures of the radiator cap I realize the whole center piece of mine is missing. Who knows where that is floating around in the engine. That has me worried.
