Hi, I attached a quick guild on "How to".
I didn't do a distilled water flush, since there is no way you can know how much water is car.

What you need 1 gallon Concentrate, 1 gallon distilled water, funnel for coolant ( end is shorter and hole is bigger). 1 large turkey disposable aluminum pan, empty 16 Oz cheap plastic water bottle, gloves
To make it easy, remove 3 cups of water from gallon. Drink it, stay hydrated.

Now with mix two bottle into pan and then pour it back out. If your pan isn't big enough, cycle mixing from pan + 2 gallon. Should be mixed enough. Now you have almost two gallons. More then enough.
Once engine is cool down. You need to go below and remove black cover . It's on driver side ( photo #2). Attach the open plastic water bottles. SO it would splash out and downward. If arm is long enough, you can then remove plug via top of the car (photo #1) . If not remove from below. Let it drain into pan. You can take it slow and clean for a while. Then open top cover (the one that had F22 / hot lable). It would speed things up.
Should be enough to almost max pan out with 1 in or so. Do whatever you can with it via city direction.
Now pour your self pre made one on top in. Burp it etc. Remember into the radiator, not the plastic overflow.
Attached the photo of my job at 126k cx 9 2016. Darker green is oem. Pan show some stuff in it, not much. Under $30 and less then 1 hour. I'll do another flush later.
