Buying out my 2022 CX-5 lease, what maintenance will I need to do?

I have been changing my oil every 7500 miles but thats about it. When I made the decision to buy out the lease, I put new tires on it.

What else will I need to be aware of as far as maintenance? I have 37k miles on it.

You have a 2016 Touring with only 37k? Damn, and I thought I didn't drive much.
My 2016 Touring has 44k on it.

I'd drop oil changes to every 5k and replace the air filter and cabin filter. You can do both yourself.
Maybe look to drain/fill some tranny fluid soon.

Other than that there isn't much to do.

Regardless of your low mileage you might want to flush and bleed the brake lines. Some people say every two years is essential, but I just did them on my 2016 and I found the brake fluid was not very dark at all, but it might depend on your climate or humidity. I live in a very dry climate.
Do you ever clean and lube the door gaskets with silicone spray? Replace the wiper blades? Refill the wiper fluid? etc...
Sometime smaller things can improve your driving experience. Otherwise the Mazdas are fairly low maintenance.

Guys, I know his sig says 2016, but the title says 2022! (I doubt you could get a lease on a 2016 :D)

You may be able to get the dealer to make it a CPO when you buy out the lease for a small fee. Esp if you've already put new tires. That will add 1 year/12k miles to the basic warranty and get the powertrain warranty to 7 yrs/100k miles

Brake fluid can easily be tested for moisture content and thats the main reason for replacing it. Most mechanics can test it, so its a case of test it annually and replace when necessary.

I had to update my profile. I forgot I was on here with my first CX-5. I leased in 2016, turned it in and got another CX-5 lease in 2019, and turned that in for a 2022 CX-5 lease. I've made the choice to buy this one out. I already do the oil and filters, just curious if I need to change other fluids or engine maintenance of some other sort. Shocks, brakes etc.

nothing to do except oil and filters (engine/cabin) at that mileage. Next bigger one may be around 70k-75k miles - spark plugs, may be some brake pads and the transm oil drain-refill, transfer/diff oils (optional) as 2022 is awd.

Nice. I'm downtown in Huskerville most days of the week. Hope you weren't hit by the storms.
We made it thru ok. Hope the huskers show up and beat the Hoosiers on Saturday. I will be up in Daytona for Biketoberfest so will have to watch the game on DVR. I can't believe I even have to "hope" to beat Indiana in football, but that is where we are now.

I would have the transmission fluid changed. I am currently getting numbers on it from local shops. Dealer quoted 410 which seems very high to me. A '22 shouldn't need much else done.
