I really need some advice. I need to end my 4 year relationship. Thing is I don't know how to do it. Things have just been going down hill lately I need to get out, but how? Please any advice would be great.

It's going to really suck no matter what. You need to be honest or else you will be miserable. She may even agree with you!

Hopefully you dont live together.

If you live with her, take a day off move all you s*** out and when she comes back, break up with her.

If you don't live with her ask her to meet you somewhere and break up with her in person.

Kill her. Hide the body. Burn her clothes. Deny ever knowing her.

I have broken up with 2 girls that I lived with. It makes it all the more difficult. Packing is the worst part.

Do you know how she feels about everything? Does she have any clue? You may want to try taking a break for a bit. See if maybe you can find a new place to live, with friends or family before you finalize it.

Kind of get separated before you go for the total divorce.

You may find out that you love her a lot more than you realize.

Don't put off breaking up when you know you want to.
Prolonging the situation only makes it worse.
Tell [her] honestly, simply, kindly, but firmly.
Don't make a big production.
Don't make an elaborate story.
This will help you avoid a big tear jerking scene.
If you wanna date other people say so.
Be prepared for the [girl] to feel hurt and rejected.
Even if you've gone together for only a short time,
And haven't been too serious,
There's still a feeling of rejection.
When someone says [he] prefers the company of others,
To your exclusive company.
But if you're honest, and direct,
And avoid making a flowery emotional speech when you break the news,
The [girl] will respect you for your frankness,
And honestly, [she'll] appreciate the kind of straight forward manner.
In which you told [her] your decision,
Unless [she's] a real [b****] or a cry baby you will remain friends.

So tell her that she's looked like she gained 50 pounds instead of 150?

That sounds good.. best advice so far. The Scott Peterson way of breaking up is so "yesterday". (sorry, that was in bad taste....but I had to say it). lol

Lol, don't want to take direct credit for that.
It's "Popular" by Nada Surf :D
