A guy I work at had a cake made on his wife's birthday. We told him there was NO return policy on it. It said "To the one I use to love". Needless to say she returned the cake, I could hear her screaming all the way in the back (I work at Sams Club). So she was loud as hell, crying and crap we gave her 30 bucks and told her to get out. lol

I thought it was mean, Just sit down with her and let her know that you don't things are working out. If you want things to be better tell her ya'll can work the crap out if not just bail man, make it fast and as clean as possible.
