bov problem

hey i recently installed a hks super sqv and a fujita cai. i have the recircualtion fitting for the bov but i cant figure out how to turn the bov on its axle to make the stock return hose fit. also the fujita intake is blocking the way for the return hose. is there a way i can get some other type of hose to route the recirculation? like some sort of rubber hose or something i can buy at the home depot? also, is it possible to rotate the bov on it axle? this is really a problem because i dont want to run on vta. the fitting is 29 mm.

Take this with a pinch of salt cos I dont have one and only know what I have read.

Isnt there a snap ring that you can compress/remove that holds the body to the flange which would allow you to rotate it into the correct orientation to hook up the stock hose?

i know that depending on the flange you cant turn it all the way. i have no experience with the hks made for the car but i know atp turbo's cant turn all the way cause the body hits the flange. with a little force it will turn very slowly though. in terms of the hose i cut mine and put a 1 inch piece of copper tubing in there to stretch it. look for a post by aaron at jsc speed on here he did a write up that says installed black ssqv. hope that helps and sorry have no experience with the ms3 specific kit i use the cp-e flange cause it lets me clock it just right.

i have the same setup and got both in just fine. i rotated the ricirc hose so it would line up with the BOV and cut it alittle because it was too long. my ricirc hose is smashed against the intake but im fine with it because my car runs great. ill try and get pics tommorrow for you.

Now that your problem is solved, I thought the thread title was boy problem. lol.
