2020 Mazda CX-5 Making Weird Sounds Upon Acceleration

I purchased a 2020 CX-5 in Jan, with approximately 18,500 miles on it. End of Aug it started making a weird "rrrr" sound when reaching about 35-40, & then would be ok. Over the next week or 2, it became apparent even at lower speeds when switching RPMs, or if I would slow down on the highway and then go back to re-accelerate. It also hesitates upon acceleration and sometimes "jumps" btwn changing RPMs
Took it into local Russ Darrow Mazda dealership for diagnostic. Advisor recommend transmission flush (car was at about 24,400 at this point), which I thought was odd (but was told if that didn't fix it, may be transmission & my extended warranty would cover that & transmission flush $$ would be refunded). After flush, said fluid was extremely dark & yucky, & they were going to keep for a few days to analyze some more.
4 days later, car is "ready". They also did a transfer case fluid change/flush free of charge. Claimed they put 50 miles on it, much more smooth, no sounds anymore. Literally as soon as I got on the highway after leaving, the sound is very much still there.
Took it back 2 days later. They kept overnight, calles next morning, & "everything checks out, no issues that they can find", and I guess it's "normal" that my car that didn't make this sound the first 8 months of ownership, now has a new sound that's normal (according to them). Now sound is getting more abrasive. I've uploaded the most recent video where you can hear the sound I'm referring to (they've also been sent videos on 4 separate occasions...so the sound I'm hearing, they aren't denying).
So....is this just something that Mazdas do? Or has anyone else had this issue and know what it is. I'm still strongly suspecting transmission itself ..but they keep saying no.

No way at 24k trans fluid is going to be dark and yucky. Also I don't think they can flush the system, more likely they just drained and then filled a few quarts.
If I were you I would find a different dealer and have then diagnose the noise.
Sounds like you're gonna get a new transmission.

Is that crackling noise in the audio the noise you're talking about ?

It's hard to hear much from that clip on my phone. I'll try it later on the PC.

That is their hand touching the phone. It would be great if we could get a clean clip.

Is it the sound that increases in pitch starting around the 5 second mark?

Ok, it sounds more like the engine to me.

They called it a "transmission flush" and charged me $215 for it. And yea...I thought it extremely odd that the fluid is dark and needing to be changed at that low of mileage. I originally took it to the Russ Darrow I bought it from, but they couldn't really pinpoint issue and told me to take it to the Mazda location, as they are Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep (may just take it back to them with info from Mazda, and these new videos, as they've known me for 10 yrs, so I know all the advisors at least).

Yes. It gets way more rough and loud, and no longer sounds like normal acceleration. And it never made this sound from Jan-Aug (it made it a few times after my oil change in July, but then never again. It restarted & never went away after I got new tires on it in Aug). Sound comes distinctively from front drivers side area, as passengers say it is harder to hear (until this week, when it's gotten progressively more rough and loud)

It doesn't sound drastically different than what I am used to (been driving these for over 10 years), but it sounds slightly low-pitched. Like when you get a cold and your voice drops an octave. Does your recording sound accurate to what you hear?

Shouldn't need spark plugs yet at that mileage. Does it idle any different (rougher?) than before? Does it feel down on power?

It has always idled a bit rough, which everyone keeps saying is because the AC compressor is basically always on. And accelerating, it doesn't like to accelerate when getting on highways (there is hesitation), which has gotten worse since this summer. At first when the transmission fluid was done, it WAS accelerating more smoothly at lower speeds, but still not higher. And now it's back to shifting to higher speeds (even 25-30) slower & that sound almost all the time. Going from 35-43, it's there 95% of the time, lower speeds probably 60%
