Dealership can't figure out the problem

I currently lease a 2023 Carbon Edition CX 5 since 8/23 with about 12k miles on it. I generally drive to work with the radio pretty loud so initially I didn't notice a problem. One day when my blue tooth didn't connect for some reason I noticed that above 35 MPH there was a vibration or humming sound coming from the right front tire any time I slightly turned the wheel to the right, i.e changing lanes, exit ramps etc. I didn't think much of it but then my car would pull to the left without hands on the wheel. I brought it to a trusted tire shop to check the wheel and rim as these NYC streets can be unforgiving. No issues were found and I even rotated the tire to the rear just in case but no change. I had an alignment done and a visual inspection of the suspension with nothing noticeable to the naked eye.

After a few weeks I started to feel a vibration in the pedal at highway speeds when turning the wheel to the right even slightly so I brought it to the dealer. They replaced the wheel bearing and then the axle. When calling for an update they advised that the vibration is gone but they can't pin down the humming noise when the wheel is turned. Someone called me today from the dealership asking me if the car was hit or something to that effect or if I hit a pothole. Obviously if it were in a collision they'd know and seen it had body work or repairs. If I hit a pothole worthy of bending something I'd know it and i would have damaged the tire and rim.

It's going on a month now but I haven't made an issue because I've been provided with a loaner although its a base model but whatever at this point. My concern is what is my remedy if they can't fix it? Am I stuck with the problem? Are they going to give me a problem when the lease expires? This is my second CX-5 and I'd like to continue with Mazda because prior to this they have been solid. Anyone have an idea of what it might be or what happens if they can't fix it?

Sounds like a classic CV joint failure. You may be able to check yourself if the boots are torn if you take off the wheel, but an un-torn boot is still no guarantee that the joint is good.

My CX5 has a vibration since new in 2020. I suspect a front axle.
What aspect of the axle is typically bad? Is it made wrong in machining, run out of the shaft, balance, or other? I have ruled out tires being on my 3rd set [Michelins]. Going to buy a dial gauge tomorrow to check axle and rotor before going to dealer. I have
7K miles of warranty left. Seems there have been quite a few axle issues with the CX5 so it stands to reason as a starting point. Any
thoughts?
